Dear Madam,

My submission (attached again with this email) was classified by your Bureau as 'unclassified'. I was very disappointed by your incapacity and carelessness. I asked in my submission that all the new charges/crimes should be cancelled, that means that I could not accept the suggestions in the Consultation Paper. For the sake of your disability to understand my submission and for accurate record, I have to state clearly now that I am totally against the enactment of the Article 23.
