抗議基本法二十三條立法，侵人權、削自由、反民主
四位市民將進行絕食抗議兩天，以表示二十三條立法對香港破壞之嚴重性。
日期：2002年12月12日（星期四）下午五時正開始，至12月14日下午五時正。
地點：九龍尖沙咀碼頭海旁（近五支旗桿）
形式：靜坐絕食48小時、祇飲白開水。

基本法二十三條即將立法，由中央欽點而非經普選被市民授權的香港特區政府現進行假諮詢，不肯出白紙草案，不聽各界反對二十三條立法的強烈要求，欺騙港人說自由人權不會少。明年，未全面普選而受特區政府操控的立法會，勢必不理民意祇按政府意願通過二十三條的相關法例。港人人權、自由、民主將受嚴重打壓，香港前景必暗淡無光。故此，全港市民要盡一己之力，阻止二十三條立法，絕不能有半點退讓，否則後悔莫及，為時已晚。
起來罷！不願受欺壓之市民！
各位關心香港前途之熱心人士，大家齊心協力以實際行動反對二十條立法。至少也要參加十二月十五日下午三時由維園出發之大遊行。
